You Are Created To Succeed, Kumuyi Tells Youth

The General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Christian Ministry, Pastor William Folorunso, Kumuyi, has charged Nigeria youth to strive high in all aspect of their endeavors as they are created by God to succeed.
Pastor Kumuyi stated this recently in a message titled: “Indispensable Companions Of Success” during a nationwide Youth Empowerment Submit 2012. He charged the youth to be committed to succeeding by setting a goal and working towards achieving it.
He said that success in a general sense refered to a situation where someone sets a goal or have a dream, maps out a project and go ahead to achieving those set goals and plans. He stated further that success goes beyond a mere dream or setting a goal.
He cited the project of the builders of Towers of Babel, the plan of Absalom, the desire of Nebuchadnezzar, who all had plans but could not achieve them. He also spoke about the contemporary in the person of Adolf Hitler, who engineered the killing of Jews but today is gone. And even the plan of Lucifer, but could not achieve it because of pride.
Defining success he said: “Success is achieving God’s purpose according to God’s plan with God’s power, following godly principles within a good period for gospel/global progress leading to God praise.”
He, therefore, tasked the youths to be involved in progressive ventures that would cause them to be remembered in history as notable personalities like William Shakespeare, Isaac Newton, Thomas Edison, JF Kennedy etc.
